	CEYHUN TENDAR (SETTER)   Ceyhun Tendar was born in Izmir in 1987. This is the third year on the A team for this player, who is 1.87 m. tall and was trained in our club. Tendar is a fourth year student at Ege University in the Sports Management department. He tasted victory in the 2008-2009 season when Arkas Sports won the Turkish Cup and the Challenge Cup Championships.
	JOHN GORDON PERRIN   He was born in Creston BC, Canada in 1989. He is 2.00 m. tall. He began to play volleyball in Prince Charles Secondary School. He played at university in Thompson Rivers University for 3 years winning bronze first season. Currently playing for Canada National team.
	AHMET TOÇOĞLU (MIDDLE BLOCKER)   Ahmet Toçoğlu was born in Sakarya in 1980. He is 2.04 m tall. He is married and has one child. He graduated from BESYO at Sakarya University. He began playing volleyball in Sakarya at Tüvasaş Demir Sports. In 1996 he was transferred to Arçelik Sports (youth team). In the 98-99 season he advanced to the A team. He experienced Turkish championship victories with Arçelik in 2000, 2001 and 2003 and with Erdemirspor in the 2004 season. Toçoğlu was chosen the best server in the Turkey League in the 2006-2007 season and has played for the national team 240 times. The 2011-2012 season is his fifth season at Arkas Sports.
	NURİ ŞAHİN (LIBERO) Nuri Şahin is married and was born in Tokat in 1980. He began playing volleyball in Tokat when he was 12 years old. At age 15 he was transferred to Eczacıbaşı. After playing for Galatasaray for 8 years, he was transferred to Arçelik Sports Club (for 1 year) and from there to Fenerbahçe. He has played for the national A team 155 times and this will be his fourth year at Arkas Sports. He tasted victory in the 2008-2009 season when Arkas Sports won the Turkish Cup and the Challenge Cup Championships.
	JUSTIN WILLIAM DUFF    Justin was born in Winnipeg, Canada. He grew up playing ice hockey and baseball but excelled at volleyball in high school. He was part of the university of winnipeg Wesmen team that won C.S National championship in 2001. He was invited to the national team in 2009 and has continued to be a member of the programme. This is his first year at Arkas Sports Club.
	LIBERMAN CRISTHOFER AGAMEZ URANGO Agamez was born in Colombia in 1985 and is 2.08 m tall. He has played in Greece for the teams Nikea, Pagrati and most recently Panathinaikos, which won the Greek Cup twice. Agamez was the highest scorer in the European CEV Cup in 2009 and chosen the most valuable player. This is his second year at Arkas Sports.
	BURUTAY SUBAŞI (HITTER) Burutay Subaşı was born in 1990 and is 1.95 m tall. He started playing volleyball in 2001 with SSK Sports Club. In 2006, he transferred to Arkas Sports Club. He has played 100 times for the national team (junior B and junior A teams), and this is his third year on the A team. His accomplishments on the national team include: 4th place in the 2004-2005 Junior A Men’s Balkan Championship, 4th place in the 2005-2006 Junior B Men’s Balkan Championship, 2nd place in the 2006-2007 Junior B Men’s Balkan Championship, 9th place in the 2006-2007 Junior B Men’s European Championship, 3rd place in the 2007-2008 Junior B Men’s Balkan Championship, 10th place in the 2007-2008 European Championship, 1st place in the 2006-2007 Junior B Men’s Turkish Championship with Arkas Sports Club, and 1st place in in the 2007-2008 Junior A Men’s Turkish Championship.
	HAKKI ÇAPKINOĞLU  Born in 1990 in Arhavi, Hakkı Çapkınoğlu is 2.00 m tall and plays middle blocker. He is a third year student at Celal Bayar University BESYO. Çapkınoğlu was trained in our club and this is his 2nd year on the A Team at Arkas Sports. His achievements include 2nd place in the 2010 Youth League, 3rd place in the 2009 Youth League, and 1st place in the 2008 Turkish Youth League.
	MUSTAFA KOÇ Born in Afyonkarahisar in 1992, Mustafa Koç is 2.02 m tall. He has played for the national team 47 times and transferred to Arkas Sports in 2007. His achievements include 2nd place in the Balkan Championship (2006-2007), 4th place in the Balkan Championship and 1st place in the Turkish Youth Championship (2007-2008), 3rd place in the Turkish Youth Championship and 2nd place in the Turkish Youth Championship (2008-2009), and 3rd place in the Balkan League and 1st place in the Turkish Youth Championship (2009-2010). The 2011-2012 season is his fourth year on the A team.
	EREN ÖNER Born in Izmir in 1989, Eren Öner is 1.98 m tall and plays setter. Öner is a second year student at Ege University BESYO. Öner was trained in our club and this is his 3rd year with Arkas Sports. His achievements include 2nd place in the 2010 Youth League, 1st place in the 2009 Youth League, 1st place in the 2007 Junior A Men’s Turkish League, 1st place in the 2006 Junior B Men’s Turkish League and 1st place in the 2005 Junior B Men’s Turkish League. This is his third year on the A team.
	EMİN GÖK (MIDDLE BLOCKER) Born in Mersin in 1988, Emin Gök is a student in the Coaching Department of Ege University. He started playing volleyball in 2003 in Tarsus. Gök played for the Turkish national youth team 15 times. His achievements include the Young Men’s Balkan Championship (2006) and 3rd place in the Balkan Championship (2007) while on the national team as well as the Young Men’s Turkish Championship (2006) and the Turkish 2nd League championship (2007) while playing for Arkas Sports. He was trained up by Arkas Sports Club and advanced to the A team for the 2007-2008 season.
	JOAO PAULO PEREIRA BRAVO Born in Brazil in 1979 Bravo is 1.92 m tall. He is married and has one child. Bravo began his volleyball career in Brazil, where he won an award in 2000 as the most promising young player in the country. In 2002, Bravo transferred to the Belgian team Noliko Maaseik, where he not only was chosen the most valuable player in the country, but also experienced league and cup championships. He transferred to the Italian team Piacenza in 2005, and played in the Italian 1st league for five seasons, including one year for Vibo Valentia. With Piacenza, Bravo experienced championships in the Italian league, Italian Cup and the Europe Top Teams Cup. In 2008, he was chosen the best server in the European Champions League. This is his second year at Arkas Sports.
	KEVIN HANSEN   Born in Newport Beach, CA USA. He is 1.94m tall. He is married and has one child. He played in Potugal, Greece, France and Russia for 3 seasons. He currently trains with USA National team and was a member of 2008m Olympic Gold Medal Team. This is his first year at Arkas Sports.
	BÜLENT KANDEMİR (HITTER)   Born in Istanbul in 1976, Bülent Kandemir is 1.96 m tall. He is married and has two children. He has played for the Turkish National Team 60 times and graduated from BESYO at Marmara University. Kandemir has played for Arçelik, SSK and Halkbankası. He experienced Turkish championship victories two years in a row with Arkas. This is his seventh year at Arkas Sports Club.
	GÖKHAN GÖKGÖZ   Born in İzmir in1993. He is 2.00m tall. He trained in our club and this is his first year on the A Team at Arkas Sports. His achievements include 2nd place in the 2010 Youth League, 3rd place in the 2009 Youth League, and 1st place in the 2008 Turkish Youth League.
	BURAK HASCAN Born in Istanbul in 1977, Burak Hascan is 2.00 m tall. He is married and has one child. He began playing volleyball in 1994 at Netaş and has played for the national team 90 times. His achievements at this club include the Turkish Youth Championship (1996), the Turkish Championship and the Turkish Cup Championship (1997-98-99). He was transferred to Arçelik in 2000, where he shared in the Turkish Championship in 2000 and 2002. He played for Fenerbahçe from 2004-2008. He shared in 2nd place in Turkey in 2004 and 2006, and the Turkish Championship and Turkish Cup Championship in 2008. In 2010, he transferred to Arkas Sports.
